Highly qualified technicians with more than 20 years of experience in the repair and installation of thermoplastic recycling machines. In this way, in the event of a possible breakdown, we can quickly identify the cause and repair it efficiently.

Remote assistance

All our machines are equipped with remote access so that, with the customer's authorization, we can perform an immediate diagnosis in the event of a breakdown and, in some cases, even resolve the incident from our facilities.

Optimization of existing installations /

Altero's consulting service puts at your disposal all the technical knowledge of our engineers so that you can get the most out of your current plastic pelletizer. The process consists of the following steps:

Detailed analysis of the current installation by a specialist engineer

Preparation of a report detailing all aspects of improvement at the mechanical, electrical and process levels. For each of the points, the associated benefits in terms of profitability and improvement in the quality of the pellets produced are described.

Economic proposal for the implementation of the improvement points by Altero. Possible required commercial or manufacturing components are included.
