Description of the process /
The remnant generated by the blowing machine is transported by air and introduced into the compactor through the upper inlet. Its size and height are adjusted to the needs of each project.
Optionally , a coil feeder is available that can work independently or in parallel with the scrap feeder.

In the compactor the film is cut, heated and agglomerated to increase the bulk density for optimum extruder output.
The preconditioned material is fed into the extruder where it is melted and conveyed to the pelletizer.
In the pelletizer, the molten material is transformed into top quality pellets that are cooled by air and, optionally, with water vapor to increase the cooling capacity.
The pellets are transported by a turbine to the cyclone for subsequent storage.
