Description of the process /

The material is conveyed to the feed hopper of the machine. Optionally, an additive dosing station can be incorporated.

In the extruder the material is melted, plasticized and homogenized. The screw design is key for optimum plasticization and dispersion of the various additives.

Optionally, a degassing zone is incorporated to eliminate possible gases and volatiles generated during the melting of the material.

The molten material is filtered to remove impurities such as contaminants or infusions.

The molten material, free of impurities, is cut into pellets and cooled with water.

The pellets are conveyed to a vibrating screen to separate particles of inadequate size and the cooling water is returned to the cutter.

After being screened, the pellets are dried in a centrifuge before being transported by a turbine.

Finally, the bagging system required by the customer (single or double) is used, equipped with load cells for real-time production measurement.

Optima Compact model

Ultra-compact design for the recycling of pre-crushed injection molding scrap.

- Thanks to the ultra-compact design ,thermal degradation of the thermal degradation of the material.
-Minimal energy and chilled waterconsumption.
- Ideal solution for space-constrained environments.
- Optionaldosing systems to improve polymer properties.
- Possibility of incorporating a safety filter.
- Production from 15 to 100 kg/h.
