Earlier this May, we returned to Amsterdam for PRSE25 — Europe’s most important exhibition dedicated to plastic recycling — with more purpose and energy than ever before.
Our booth this year marked a turning point.
We unveiled the WRP200, the latest evolution in our water ring pelletizer. This system reflects the technical maturity and the innovation that define ALTERO’s mission: to offer a real, competitive alternative to the historic manufacturers in the industry.
The response? Overwhelmingly positive.
We had dozens of meaningful conversations, not just about machinery, but also about process efficiency, polymer degradation, and the growing demand for tailored solutions in pelletizing equipment to meet the higher expectations of plastic recyclers and manufacturers across Europe.
Another key highlight: we officially introduced our collaboration with FYCH, an Alicante-based start-up holding patented technology aimed at solving critical steps in plastic recycling. While the launch was soft, the curiosity it generated was increidble. FYCH’s inventive approach, combined with our industrial machinery expertise, opens exciting opportunities for innovation and added value in downstream processing.
Beyond product reveals, PRSE25 also brought great momentum commercially. We’re proud to share that we closed our first major line in France with a leading multinational company, a milestone that validates both our product evolution and the trust we’re earning in key markets.
And while mechanical recycling continues to dominate conversations, we noticed a clear uptick in interest around chemical recycling, an area where we’re already exploring new possibilities with forward-looking partners and new models of machines specifically designed to prepare the materials for a smoother chemical recycling process downstream.
This was our third consecutive year at PRSE, and it’s more than just a recurring entry in our calendar. It’s part of a deliberate strategy.
As we look ahead to K-Show in October, events like this are central to reinforcing ALTERO’s visibility, expanding our network, and showing what we stand for.
It was also a pleasure to meet so many new faces and reconnect with familiar ones. Below is a snapshot of our CEO and our Sales Director just before the exhibition opened — a quiet moment before two days of intense exchange, discovery, and progress.

We’re already looking forward to what’s next.
If you visited us at PRSE25: thank you.
If you didn’t, we’ll be happy to meet you in Düsseldorf.
