The Altero brand was born from the merging of a human team with more than 20 years of experience installing and repairing all types of machinery for plastic recycling. Currently, Altero is the only Spanish company dedicated to the design, manufacturing, and commercialization of complete lines for the production of recycled plastic pellets from post-consumer and post-industrial waste.
Our commitment goes beyond offering quality products. We strive to establish lasting relationships with our customers, providing them with personalized service and close attention every step of the way. Our goal is to be their trusted partner in the quest for effective and sustainable recycling solutions.
The implementation of the Lean system and the complete computerization of production processes have allowed us to focus our efforts on maximum efficiency. For this, the cooperation of our engineers in the development of new projects is fundamental, under the premise of continuous improvement and a determination to work under criteria of ethical management, responsible towards workers, and respectful of the environment.

Plastic is an extraordinary material that we cannot do without and that has played a fundamental role in the vast development of our society. However, there is an urgent need to solve the environmental problems associated with inefficient waste management.
At Altero we are aware of the great responsibility that the industry has to achieve these environmental objectives and the urgent need to make more efficient, innovative and sustainable use of plastics, where design and production fully respect the needs for reuse and recycling.
Our mission is to promote and lead the concept of sustainable recycling understood as the use of highly efficient and economically profitable processes in the transformation of plastic waste. For this reason, our main objective is for the technology necessary for the production of the highest quality recycled pellets to be available to everyone.
