Altero OMNIA: Shredding and pelletising all in one /
The perfect combination for pelletising pre-washed material.
OMNIA solutions incorporate a high-performance granulator and/or shredder that is fully synchronised with an Optima or Velox pelletising line.

Possible components in OMNIA projects /
Shredder/Granulator: we integrate equipment from leading European brands offering excellent performance and durability. Its function is to reduce the size of the material to be recycled to obtain maximum productivity in the pelletising line.
Intermediate silo: allows intermediate storage of shredded/regrinded material. In this way we ensure the constant feeding of the extruder and avoid the total stoppage of the line during, for example, the carrying out of maintenance tasks on any of the main equipment.
Dispensers: we offer the possibility of integrating gravimetric or volumetric dispensers to add additives such as pigments, CaCO3, Master, etc.
Velox/Optima pelletiser: Finally, we add one of our Velox or Optima pelletising lines to obtain pellets of the best quality.
